Welcome to McKanna Photography. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs displayed or sold through this site are the exclusive property of McKanna Photography and are protected by copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

2. Permitted Use

Purchased images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes personal sharing, printing, and non-revenue school or program communications.

Commercial use; including advertising, sponsorships, resale, or merchandise, requires a separate written license.

3. Image Integrity

Images may not be altered, edited, or manipulated in a way that misrepresents the original work. This includes filters, AI modifications, composites, or removal of watermarks or attribution tags.

4. Purchases & Delivery

Digital images are delivered electronically. Print products, if offered, are fulfilled through third-party labs. All sales are final once files are delivered or products are ordered.

5. Event Galleries

Event galleries are provided for a limited time. McKanna Photography is not obligated to maintain gallery access indefinitely. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased files.

6. Limitation of Liability

McKanna Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchased images. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
